Returns & refunds

We would rather sort out a problem than keep your money. Here is exactly how returns work, including the one category we cannot take back.

The return window

You can raise a return within [return window, e.g. 7 days] of delivery.

The item must be unworn and unwashed, with its original tags attached and in its original packaging.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons, innerwear — briefs, panties, camisoles and bras — cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened. This is standard practice for intimate apparel and it protects every customer, including you.

If such an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, this does not apply — contact us and we will put it right.

Nighties, nightsuits and robes can be returned normally, subject to the conditions above.

How to return something

Write to [support email] with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send it.

Please do not post anything back before we have confirmed the return.

[decide: who pays return postage?]

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, your refund is processed within [refund processing time].

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank usually takes a further five to seven working days to show the money, which is outside our control.

If delivery was charged on the original order, the delivery charge is refunded only when the return is our fault — a faulty item, or the wrong thing sent.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original under the terms above and place a new order. That way you are not waiting on two parcels crossing in the post.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled any time before it is dispatched — write to us with the order number and we will refund you in full.

Once dispatched, it falls under the return terms above.
